Returns & Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item you have received, you may return it within fourteen days. Items that are not faulty and were not sent in error will be refunded at 100% of the original invoice value, provided they are returned in their original, sealed, re-saleable packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct all postage costs and any additional third-party fees.

If you wish to return an item, please email us to obtain the return address.

Please allow 3–7 working days from the time your return is received at our depot for the refund to be processed and credited to your bank account.
