Delivery Information

• No Sunday/Saturdays  deliveries.

• Weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays before 3pm.

• International orders may incur an additional delivery charge unless otherwise stated.
  

• International orders will be charged VAT at the rate applicable in the customer’s country

Pricing & Product Specifications

• We reserve the right to adjust prices to those applicable at the time of dispatch.

• Due to ongoing product development, specifications, designs, and prices may be changed without prior notice.

Licensing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a special treatment licence is required for the use of our products.

Returns & Refunds

• Products are non-returnable unless agreed in advance.

• Items returned that are not faulty or were not sent in error will be credited at 90% of the original invoice value, provided they are received in re-saleable condition within 14 days.

• We reserve the right to deduct all postage costs as well as any third-party fees.

Product Suitability
Customers must ensure that all products purchased are suitable for their intended use. The seller cannot accept liability for how products are stored or used once delivered.

Shortages, Damages & Non-Delivery

• Requests for credit or replacement due to shortages or transit damage must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods.

• For non-delivery, notification must be made within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Delivery Dates
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we accept no liability for any loss resulting from delays.

Retention of Ownership
All goods remain the property of Lashed until paid for in full by the purchaser.

Repairs
Repairs undertaken on customer-owned goods are carried out entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Force Majeure
We accept no liability for delay or failure to fulfil contractual obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including industrial disputes, accidents, fire, material shortages, or other unforeseen events.

Non-Waiver
Any failure by us to enforce our rights does not constitute a waiver and does not prevent us from exercising those rights in the future.

Warranty

• Warranty begins once the product has been paid for in full.

• Warranty applies only to the machine and excludes the handpiece cable, handpieces, and power supplies.

Coupons & Promotions
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise.
